Re: [TRNSYS-users] Type 56 inputs

Anton,
You can define more than one VENTILATION type for your zone. In many HVAC systems (especially in humid climates) it is typical for the outdoor air to mix with return air before passing across the cooling coil in which case you would only define a single VENTILATION type in TRNBuild. When you define the VENTILATION type make the air temperature, RH, and flow rate into INPUTS (as opposed to scheduled values) and then those inputs will show up in the Simulation Studio along with all the other Type56 inputs.

 David

Hi!

I want to have a scheduled ventilation of a type 56 zone with outside air, while at the same time have inputs(Temp, Rel.hum. and air flow) for a cooling coil in the same zone.

Is this possible? If it is, how can I do it?

Best regards,
Anton Åhlund
