Re: [TRNSYS-users] cooling type manager

Safwan,
The cooling type is still defined in Type56 but it is not used by any of the zones. Make one of the zones active in TRNBuild and click on the "cooling" button; you'll note that cooling is set to "off" for all three zones.

I should mention that some problems with the restaurant absorption chiller example were fixed in the Trnsys17.2/TESSLibs17.2 release and that if you have not updated, you should do so.
Regards,
 David

Dear All,
I am trying to simulate absorption chiller with Type 56 and I confused when I found in manual (5) page 82, it says ( If the cooling equipment is modeled external to the TYPE 56 component, the cooling type should not be used). So why I found cooling type is defined in restaurant absorption chiller example?Could you please explain to me should I define cooling type or not in TrnBuild?
