Dear Adam,
Just search for that zone, double click on it to open the thermal zone and re-sketch the base again. Save it , close the project and open again.
I encounter this sometimes and this is how i solve it.
Best regards,
Ayesha
Hi All,
I am using TRNSYS 3D to make a model of a building and recently I have entered in the windows and doors on the building. When I reload it again the plug-in or sketchup has automatically
generated zones for each window and called them zones. Below is an example of this.
Can someone explain to me what the issue might be? I am saving regularly to the best of my knowledge.
"Error: FenestrationSurface:Detailed, CFD632
This sub surface is missing its base surface:
A new zone object has been automatically created for this surface.
However it is still missing a base surface."
