Re: [TRNSYS-users] TCP/IP communication for external PI-controller
Masood,
Many years ago I saw someone from Johnson Controls present some work
on this subject; they had modeled a residence in TRNSYS and were passing
information to and from a real controller. I am afraid that I do not
recall either the conference or the presenter (they were not presenting
a paper but giving a demonstration). I am not aware of a Type that
provides such a connection and suspect that you will need to write one
to suit your needs.
Kind regards,
David

Hello everyone,
i want to have a real time simulation with an external controller.
The controller is communicating via TCP/IP.
Is there a Type so that there will be a connection between trnsys and the controller ?
Or do i have to write an own Type ?
Thank you for any help.
Regards,
Masood
