Hello

I would like to simulate a CIGS-module (Solarion SOL90AL) with TYPE194 and would require the parameters of the 5-parameter model?
The values of the data sheet are following:
 
Solarion SOL90AL

P: 70Wp
Umpp: 15.3V
Impp: 4.56A
Uoc: 22.3V
Isc: 5.53A
Temperature coefficient power: -0.5%/°C
Temperature coefficient voltage: -0.35%/°C Temperature coefficient current:  +0.01%/°C
