Re: [TRNSYS-users] TRNBuild "UserID not correct!"

Adam,
I think this actually has to do with read/write permissions. Make sure first that you do not have Trnsys installed in the ..\Program Files\ or ..\Program Files (x86)\ directory and that you have administrator privileges on the computer in question. Also try launching the Studio (..\trnsys17\Studio\Exe\Studio.exe) by right clicking on it and then selecting "run as administrator" then try to launch TRNBuild again. One other thing to try is to launch TRNBuild directly from ..\Trnsys17\Building\TRNBuild.exe.
Best,
 David

I am trying to access TRNBuild by using the Tools tab and a message appears as "UserID not correct" when I click on TRNBuild within the this tab.

Is my user ID in the incorrect place or is there another reason for the message?

Kind Regards,

Adam.
