Re: [TRNSYS-users] pollutant model case

Deepak,

You can use the newly developed TYPE 98 that couples the multizone airflow and pollutant transport model CONTAM with TRNSYS.

Details and a demonstration case are provided on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) website.

http://www.bfrl.nist.gov/IAQanalysis/software/Type98desc.html

There are a couple of papers describing the new features as well:

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] pollutant model case

Hi all,

I want to run a simulation for a case in which I some how increase CO2 and particulate matter concentration in a room and I want to see how much this will put effect on my cooling energy consumption.Any idea how can I add these CO2 and PM concentration factor in my simulation. Is it can be done by comis and if yes then how ? Actually I am new to this software so not have much idea about it.

All kind of help is very much appreciated.

       Thanks.

Kind regards,
