  I think you might be able to use either Type93 (Utility: Input Value Recall) or Type661 (Controllers Library (TESS): Delayed Inputs). Both of these components will hold on to an output value then "release" it a user-defined number of timesteps later.

In different words I have an accumulated output value i.e present output value depends on previous output value.
