  The plotter (Type65) is just plotting the outputs of other components that are being passed to it as its inputs. If you want to have a file written out at the end of your simulation containing the values that were plotted then you can either use a printer component such as Type25 or you can replace the Type65 with the version of Type65 that automatically creates an output file containing the plotted numbers (Type65c)
