  I believe that bug was fixed some time ago. Can you please tell me which version of the libraries you are using? You should be able to tell by looking at the names of the DLLs in the ..\Trnsys17\UserLib\ReleaseDLLs\ directory. They should have a name that is of the form: TESSElectricalLibrary_v17.1.00_Release.dll.
