De : trnsys-users-bounces@cae.wisc.edu [mailto:trnsys-users-bounces@cae.wisc.edu] De la part de hotline Hi Antoine, as you mentioned, the U-Value is calculated based on the thermal properties of the glazing. The U-Value displayed in TRNBuild is the U-value computed according to the reference conditions given in the standard EN410. It is only used for user information and supports choosing the right glazing. Indeed it seems that the overall transmission is rather computed based on the physical properties of glass and gap layers. If the value from the Window file is indeed used could you please confirm me the actual ambient conditions: have they been changed to be closer to the standardized ones?
