Dear All

In running TRNOPT optimisation component when type 56 is available in the model, I have got the following error.

“ Surface no -1 --------No output’s specified ------------please add at least one output “

For more details, the optimisations is not designed to optimise any parameter or inputs of TYPE 56.

Also, when type 56 is removed from the model, the optimisation runs perfectly. It proves that these is nothing wrong in the arrangement of TRNOPT in the model.

It seems that there is a kind of incompatibility between TRNOPT and Type 56. (TRNSYS ver 17)

I was wondering if you could advise me to tackle the issue.

Kind Regards

Mehdi
