Re: [TRNSYS-users] Type 534 tank nodes.

Lukas,
I am nearly certain that the problem is not that there are too many nodes in your tank. The issue is likely a bit more subtle. One cause could be that you have a large heat exchanger defined in your comparatively small tank and that the heat exchanger volume in a particular node is larger than the node volume. Another problem could be that if you change the number of tank nodes in the parameter list but then do not open the plugin and change the number of tank nodes there then there will be a mismatch between the data coming from the parameter list and the date in the plugin.
If neither of those is the cause then please send your project and your tank *.dat file to your distributor and they can diagnose the problem.
Best,
 David

Hello,

has anyone else come across the problem of not being able to increase the number of tank nodes when using a Type 534? I am limited to 2 nodes. Once I try to set-up anything else, I get a deck error which states that there is a problem with this exact parameter.. I would appreciate any kind of help or suggestions as I am in need of stratification in this tank. Thank you!

Best regards,
ME student, Lukas Jasiūnas.
