One possible reason is that the selected parameters for the cooling tower is not
for the entering cooling water conditions applied. There is no thermal mass in
the cooling water circuit. This can cause substantial oscillation in the
simulated results, say a unreasonably high or lower water temperature that can
lead to the said error. You may add a water pipe (Type31) in the cooling water
circuit. Finally, you use the cell outlet temperature (Output 5) as the outlet
water temperature from the cooling tower. I think it is not appropriate. I
will suggest you to use the sump outlet temperature (Output 1) instead.
