it's a long shot, and I don't even know how you're calling TRNSYS for the parametric run, but the filename issue reminds me of this issue I once had. I found out in the meantime, one can use double slashes as before, but the *last* slash / slashes of the argument for trnexe.exe seems to have to be a backslash or double-backslash.
