Alexander, There is an example that shows how to obtain an IV curve if you have not already found it. It is located in..\Trnsys17\Examples\Photovoltaics\IVcurve.tpf. The trick to the example, I think, is that the simulation time is used as a proxy for the load voltage. I am not entirely surprised that you are seeing some odd behavior near the open circuit voltage and short circuit voltage points as the mathematics of the PV model become very difficult to solve at those points.
