Hello all,
It seems that I can't download the STEC User Agreement from
http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/trnlib/stec/stec.htm#howto
. The link redirects me to
http://sel.me.wisc.edu/
. Is there anyone who can help me to get the STEC Library or at least tell me which are the steps I should follow in order to get in its possesion?
Thank you in advance for your answer,
Vali Gheorghisor
