Mohamed, I do not think that there is a hard limit on the number of zones that you can have in TRNBuild/Type56. There is a limitation of 999 surfaces for TRNBuild to work with though. I do not think that there is a limit to the number of shaders and I do not think that shaders count as surfaces as far as TRNBuild is concerned. In the largest building model that I have done to date, there were 60 zones. The building was 5 stories tall and I did run into the 999 surface limit so I had to group windows together so that I modeled one large window with equivalent properties instead of a number of smaller windows.
