Sorry, I should have included that. The multiplier is to account for the thermal capacitance of all the furnishings in the zone.

Can you explain please why should he set a value 5 times higher than the default for the zone thermal capacitance? For me, the default (ZoneVolume*AirDensity*AirSpecificHeat) as you stated looks correct.
