Simon,
  While you cannot have more than one Type56 in a single simulation, you can use Type56 to model two groups of zones that have no interaction between them. Define your two zones so that all of the walls are EXTERNAL (ie none are ADJACENT) and in effect you are modeling two buildings, both of which can be coupled to the same EES program.
