  Trnsys16 is a bit out of date; it was replaced by Trnsys17 a couple years ago. Some of the devlopers and distributors teach training courses on how to use the software. We teach three such courses on average per year. The next one will be held here in Madison most likely in early October. As far as I am aware, there is not much in the way of online training or tutorials. If you have Trnsys16 and its documentation, I would suggest that you start by following the 01-Getting Started manual, which is written to be a beginning tutorial. The examples located in the ..\Trnsys16\Examples\ directory should also help.
