Re: [TRNSYS-users] KWh /m2 / year

Alex,
I would use an integrator component (Type24) to integrate the energy use over the entire year, then pass its output to an equation that divides by 3600 (to get kWh) and by 330 (to get energy per m2.)
Best,
 David

Hi All,

I am simulating a Cooling System:   TYP92  with TYPE56

I stored the energy removed in KWh  in an excel sheet for every hour (simulation step)

QCool in KWh =QCool  KJ/h/3600

how do I calculate using the output I am attaching the cooling energy in :  KWh /m2/year

Cooled area: 330 m2

(what happens if the simulation step is 0.5 hr instead of 1 hour)

Thanks in advance..

Regards

Alex
