Sunliang, I saw this done once as a demonstration at Johnson Controls (www.jci.com) but I do not know if the work was ever written up. The process of connecting a TRNSYS simulation to actual equipment is not standard practice and I do not know of any publications on the subject. In the case that I saw, the simulation/emulation was run from TRNSYS. The researchers had constructed circuitry that had some digital I/O ports and an analog to digital converter. A building was simulated in TRNSYS as was the controller the controller component commanded real world equipment ( a fairly simple small residential air handler in this case). The TRNSYS control signals were passed to the digital I/O ports and analog signals from sensors in the equipment came back into the TRNSYS simulation through the analog to digital converter. I'm afraid I do not recall more; as I mentioned, this was all very customized and not something that could very well be laid out as instructions to follow.
