Re: [TRNSYS-users] very simple manipulation

You have to open the zone window and then you can copy.

Then you just have to introduce a new name.

Ex:
I prepared the first floor of a building with names zone1_1, Zone1_2 ... and then I copied all the zones with names Zone2_1 Zone2_2... for second floor and then for third .... Remember that relation between zones might dissappear and it is a bit tricky to reintroduce relation between zones, be organized in the copy paste process and good luck if your first flloor it is rigth and have no mistakes (check it before copypaste) you can make as I did 36 zones in less than one hour.

Hi,

I would like to copy a zone already made in TRNBUILD to create another with approximately the same characteristics in the same project.

When I use the tool “Zone Copy” with the right click in the RNBUILD Manager window I don’t know how to paste it ?

I also can’t delete a wrong zone even with the tool “Zone Delete” Could you explain why ?

Thanks you very much in advance for your answers.
