Re: [TRNSYS-users] Fwd: multiple adjacent zones to one surface ??

Santeri,
As far as Trnsys3D and TRNBuild are concerned, zone 1 actually has 5 walls: one facing west, one facing north, one facing east, one adjacent to zone 2 and one adjacent to zone 3. In Trnsys3D you have to draw a vertical line in zone 1 to break the one adjacent long wall into two adjacent long walls.
best,
 David

Subject: multiple adjacent zones to one surface ??
To: trnsys-users@cae.wisc.edu

Dear all,

I am trying to create my first trnsys 3d model with google sketchup. Is it possible for one particular wall (or any other surface) to be adjacent to two or more different zones.I am trying to illustrate my question with a simple picture.

If this is possible, could someone please tell me how to do it with trnsys 3d.

Regards,
Santeri Siren
