Re: [TRNSYS-users] FW: Timestep in Control cards and timebase in TRNBuild

Dear Karol,

Time base is modified in TRNBUILD, since it is used to evaluate heat transfert functions.
Open Outputs window in TRNBUILD.
At the top of the Outputs frame, you may modify TIME BASE under 'Calculate Transfer Functions'

Dear Heloise,

The time step must be shorter than the time base and the time base must be an integer multiple of the time step. So they can be differents.

Hello,

Does the timestep defined in the control card in TRNSYS simulation studio has to be the same as the timebase defined in Outputs “Calculate transfer functions” in the BUI file ?

Thank you,
