Re: [TRNSYS-users] time step error

Rana,
The error is coming because the "time of last data read" and "time of next data read" inputs to Type16 are not connected (they are always 0 and 1). Type9 provides these outputs at the very end of its output list (outputs 99 and 100). You are quite right that the error message is not very helpful. I will see what we can do about that for future releases.
Kind regards,
  David

Hey all,
i am using types 9e, with external data file, radiation and ambient temperature, also type 16 c and 56. when i start rendering this error appears  i don't know why. i have attached the files, i spent long time but i don't know why it's giving this error message.
an simulation time step is greater than the data timestep for the radiation calculation the simulation timestep needs to be reduced
thanks in advance.
Rana
