Béatrice, The error message is indicating that the energy balance across one of the walls in your Type56 (I am guessing) building is not converging. Specifically, the outside surface temperature of the wall is not coming to a stable solution. If you are using an algorithm to set the convection coefficient on the outside surface of your wall, make sure that the algorithm cannot produce a result of 0; this would indicate that there is NO convective heat transfer on the outside surface of the wall and that only the radiation matters, which is unrealistic. The second thing to try is that if you have variable convective coefficients on either the inside or the outside surface of that wall, turn them off and use constant values.
