Dear D. Marini,

We have done this in the past by using macros in Excel. The two publically available TRNSED Applicaitons do this with the results.

You can also use other programming language to import your results. The TRNSYS output files are simple tab or space delimited text files, so one could fairly easily write a program to import the results.
