Re: [TRNSYS-users] Problem with solar collectors array

Dr. Mohammad Abdunnabi,

I have a few suggestions. My first suggestion is to  use one Type538 solar collector and indicate the number in series with the total collector area. Second, you're timestep is much too large. I would recommend that you implement a 0.125 hr or smaller timestep. Third, I would recommend that you use your Type534 tank model from the TESS Libraries. We also do not use Type109 anymore as it has been replaced by Type15.

Best regards,

Matt Duffy

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] Problem with solar collectors array

 Dear Trnsys users

I'm phasing problem with the last version of TRNSYS 17 due to the modifications made for some components sucg as vacuum tube collectors and flat plate collectos. I was running the same project with the previous version and I update to the last version (TRNSYS and TESS) and I made all nessassary changes ( that's what I think is correct). But, the simulation is stopped at certain time and when I change the weather file the simulation stopped at diffenet times and some times didn't work at a! ll.
I've attached all the files, pleas e if any one can help I would be very grateful to him

Many thanks in advance
