Depending how large it is, another option is the refrigerator component in the TESS Loads and Structures Library. The component does indeed have the outputs for the energy to the zone as well. I can send you the PIO list upon your request.

  I think your bui! lding would consist of two zones (not 2 instances of type56 though!). You would define the room as having four external walls, a floor, a ceiling and 5 adjacent walls that are in fact the walls of your refrigerator. The second zone would have the same 5 adjacent walls and then some accounting for the bottom surface.
