I would strongly advise you not to use Type14 to do that! Type14 is great for a few points but not 8760! That is why there is the Type9 data reader. Simply create the 8760 schedule as a text file and reference that file in the 'External Files' tab of Type9. Please see the examples for reference.

Is it possible to change the maximal number of points to more than 100?

I have a flow rate which changes hourly during the entire year, so that I thought I
may use the Type14h to consider that changes with a function, but for that I need
8760 points (one for each hour).
