Re: [TRNSYS-users] Monthly/Yearly Schedules

Create a schedule in an external data file and read it in using Type 9 or use a combinbation of two (or more) Type 14 forcing functions to set your schedules.  For example:

Unit 1 Type 14 Daily Function
Unit 2 Type 14 Annual Functon

Equations 1
Occupancy = [1,1]*[2,1]

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] Monthly/Ye! arly Schedules

Hi,

I’m modelling a building using Type56 and the occupancy schedules vary through the year (it’s a college building and students are there for 3-month blocks, with vacations in between).  Is there any way of including this as a schedule?  The only way I can think of doing it at the moment is to do separate runs for each period of time, but how would I take the output of one run and use it as the starting conditions for the next run?

Thanks for any advice you can give,

Rebecca
