Thanks in advance for useful information that you have given to me. I really appreciated your response. I have gotten a problem with TRNSYS 16 when I'm trying to run Type 155.
I really need to use it in my proposal. If you have any clue about it, please send it to me, because I have stuck into it for more than three weeks without any results.
Could you give me the right direction to run Matlab with TRNSYS16;

This is a good example of a question that your technical support would be happy to answer. Since TESS is your distributor, please contact TESS Technical support for future general questions. We like to reserve the TRNSYS Users Mailing List for TRNSYS related discussions.
First, please make sure that your 'user17.id' file is located in your TRNSYS directory (the default is "C:\TRNSYS17"). Then, if this file is indeed in your TRNSYS17 directory, on occassion, this file is reformatted by downloading/copying/pasting, so simply contact your technical support.

I am not really sure why this is happening, but I will contribute my thoughts. Was there any relevant information in the ism log file? Were you able to import your IDF file without problems? You have 3D geometry mode?

I suggest that you first determine the error that you are receiving in the *.lst or *.log file and then report to your local TRNSYS distributor in case you need another Type155.dll.
