Please check the convective heat transfer coefficient on the inside or outside of that window in the 'Window Typemanager'. I would recommend an internal calculation for the inside surface.

(this error is repeated for lot of my building zones created in the plugin TRNSYS3D and completed in TRNBuild)
In fact, during this simulation I just want to check the consistency of dif ferent times come into play in my real simulation (schedules in TRNBuild file, time of simulation by type 21, weather time for types 15-6 and 89e and finally planning imported in type 9).
Do you know what this error means and how can I fix it ?

Hello Leo,
Yes, you may simply "print" your output with a Type25 printer component. It will print any output that you specify to a simply tab-delimited text file that you can open in Excel. Please view some of the examples for reference.

Thank you for your emails to TESS and the TRNSYS-Users mailing list. First of all, if you're simulating PV, we're going to recommend that you use the Type551 shading device in the TESS Electrical (formerly Green Building) Library from the TESS Libraries 17.01. The existing Type551 could be modified to do a single axis (east-west axis) tracking without a whole lot of work; however, doing a 2-axis tracking would indeed be a lot of work. Since you are a TESS TRNSYS customer, you may email TESS Technical Support (techsupport@tess-inc.com) if you need a software update.

I need to set up a model to predict shading effects on a fixed tilt, the two single axis, and 2 axis tracking modes for a PV array. I have the type 30a component set up for the fixed tilt. However, there are no components for the other three tracking modes. Is there a way to adjust type 30a? Leo,
there is no direct output for energy density. I would recommend integrating the building energy use during your simulation then multiplying it by the building area afterwards in your Excel sheet.

(combined) method (pg. 5-153). Could you please explain what is meant
by simple (combined) method? What is its difference from the standard
(starnet) model?
