Dear Augustin,
The only difference is that the data file is normalized, so you can scale the rated capacity, flow rate, and power of the device without having to create different data files each time. Yes, both components have heating and cooling.
I can send you a PDF of the parameters/inputs/outputs when I get back to the office on Monday if that would help.
Best regards,
Matt Duffy
Thank you for answering. I have read the summarised description of the components (in TESS Lib.), but to me, apart from the two stages, it seems to be similar to Type 668. Is that easier to produce those normalized data files for the user than with Type 668. Does the two-stage component accept both Heating and Cooling control signal? Is it possible to find the detailed description of these components, with their inputs and outputs, to know if they match with the use I am expecting? Kind regards, Augustin CUQ 2011/4/6 Mat
