"thermal active components", are you referring to Active Layers in TRNBuild.

The TESS Ground Coupling Library components consider capacity and storage of the surrounding earth and the slab as well.

I wanted to know if trnsys 16 thermal active components in trnbuild are capacitive solutions or are only resistive.
 
And what about TESS LIBRARY Ground Coupling (type 653, 705,...)? it includes inertia?
