Dear Pauline,

There is likely something wrong with your IDF file.
Did you read the TRNSYS3D Tutorial before creating your IDF? Please read the Hints/Tips/Tricks section, and that might elaborate on what caused the error.

I am a very new TRNSYS user AND SketchUp user. I just wanted to save a 3D object in order to, after, export it in TRNSYS 17.

But I had this error alert.
