I was able to run those without any problems in TRNSYS 16.1. Please check the listing (*.lst) or log (*.log) file for more information about your errors.

Those components are from the previous TESS Libraries 2.x. I strongly suggest contacting your local TRNSYS distributor to obtain the upgrade to TESS Libraries 17.01 and TRNSYS 17.00.0019.

Could you please try TESS models/st! udio projects/ground coupling library/Type 705 and Type 712?
They are radiant slab with embedded pipes.
These two examples can not run in my computer, and my computer has Windows 7.
