Thank you for expressing your concern. Due to the prompt release of the
TESS Libraries version 17.00, this was not included. For the update for
version 17.01 due out later this month, we will have a document. We do
indeed have a draft of the TESS Utility Library that I will send to you in
an ensuing email.

Hello to all Trnsys users,

Recently I updated my T16 to T17 and I observed that the TESS
documentation in the
new version is not complete. The folder with the pdf files for TESS
Utility Library
is missing.

Anyone of you has these files.
