Dear Juan, I there should be some data about valdated buildings in the www, but I don´t know where to find them. One other way, might be the usage of the german VDI 6020-1 (2001): Requirements on methods of calculation to thermal and energy simulation of buildings. In order to avoid uncertainties to a minimum, a lot of information is required: weather data, envelope materials, internal loads, space dimensions, schedules, set points, detailed HVAC system information, etc......
