Re: [TRNSYS-users] empirical validated buildings

Dear Juan,

I there should be some data about valdated buildings in the www, but I don´t know where to find them.

One other way, might be the usage of the german VDI 6020-1 (2001): Requirements on methods of calculation  to thermal and energy simulation of  buildings. Click here:

Here you find a benchmark on several simulation programs, including TRNSYS.

Best regards,

Christian

Betreff: [TRNSYS-users] empirical validated buildings

Hello everyone.

I´m looking for empirical validated buildings for doing TRNSYS simulation and compare consumptions with reality or other software tools outputs.

In order to avoid uncertainties to a minimum, a lot of information is required: weather data, envelope materials, internal loads, space dimensions, schedules, set points, detailed HVAC system information, etc...... (if available, would be great)

any reference would be appreciated. thanks.

Juan Fco. Belmonte.
