[TRNSYS-users] To Integrator type 55 or 24

Dear all,

I have a question to ask you.

To Integrator: I want to calculate one Zone's QHEAT. Should I select Type 55 or 24? If Type 55, which Item can I use? Integral of Input or Count of Input?
I only want to calculate one day's QHEAT. How to link the Type 55 to QHEAT and Type 65d? I want to get the results of one day's heating Energy by Plotter or detailed value. Please tell me in detail.

Many thanks!

Br.

Dear Laia!

In the climatefile W/m² are/have to be used but the output of Type109 in the simulation studio is kJ/m²h (factor 3.6).

With kind regards,

Betreff: [TRNSYS-users] solar radiation units of weather data type109

hi everybody,

I am getting confused about the units of solar radiation (direct beam, etcc) when using type109: In mathematical reference , 5-432, it says in W/m2, but in studio type109 in out description says kJ/hm2.

what are the correct one?

thanks in advance
Laia

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] New component creation with g95
Dear TRNSYS users,

I am trying to create a new component with g95 compiler.
I had no trouble creating one with TRNSYS 16.1 but since I
have upgraded to TRNSYS 17, it's not working any more.

With TRNSYS 17, the structure of the new component generated
by Simulation Studio is different than it used to be. I noticed that
the arguments are no longer existent and command lines with
$$ are newly seen. I don't see the output arrays any more.
Is this normal with TRNSYS 17 or did I do something wrong?

Following lines which were automatically inserted with Simulation Studio
are in error.
$$PARAMETER_DEFINITIONS
$$INPUT_DEFINITIONS

I am attaching two files which I hope will explain my situations.
One is a fortran file generated by Simulation Studio.
This other one is a list of error comments shown after I ran
g95 compile.bat.

Thanks.
