I think You have to sum up B1_QGWIN, B1_QISHCCI and B1_QSGWALL (NTYPES 918, 920 & 921) for all of Your windows.

Who knows, which output data of TRNSYS presents the whole solar gains of a building (e.g. Building in type 56), through whole thermal envelope including windows, walls, roof, etc.?
