Dear Dimas,
If you use Excel 2007, make sure that you have saved your file as a older version (.xls, not .xlsx)
Are you sure that the Excel file name is good ?

Did you try the examples in \Trnsys17\Examples\Calling_Excel ? I just tried it with Excel 2007 and they work nicely.
If the file cannot be found, you have to check under “Special cards” in Type 62 (not external files as usual).

"The Excel Workbook could not be open please check the file name...."
