Re: [TRNSYS-users] Error Message 427

Alain,
If you are using TRNSYS 17, error 427 should be:

"An OUTPUT from the specified component model has been written to the global OUT array in a location beyond the allocated number of outputs from this model. Please check the component carefully to insure that INFO(6) is set correctly. The simulation has been aborted to avoid problems caused by over-writing the outputs from other component models"

if that is true then the error message should also indicate which unit number and which Type number caused the error. If it is a standard component (ie a Type number between 1 and 200) then please send the project (*.tpf and the data files needed to run the project) to me and I will see about debugging it.
Best,
 David

Hi,
I use the Type 9a to read a large data file that contains for several days (time step of 5 minutes) the hot water consumption of sevaral clients. These data are then read by the Type 60c, which simulates a storage tank (time step of 5 minutes). The calculation is carried out properly for several minutes, but after a while, there is the following error message: "TRNSYS Message 427". What causes this error and how to fix this error?
