Sara, Take a look at http://www.yazakienergy.com/waterfiredperformance.htm. The graphs on this page are similar to the ones that you need in order to make the files that Type107 requires. Not all chiller manufacturers provide all the data that Type107 requires. If the data that Yazaki provides is totally different than the data required, you might look at using Type42, which is a very generic component in the standard HVAC library that reads a data file (containing the performance data that Yazaki does provide - whatever that might be) and interpolates it for actual entering conditions.
