Re: [TRNSYS-users] ordering tm2 meteonorm

Hi Elias,

if you have your own weather data, in volume 5 - Mathematical Reference, in 5-432, you can find how to make the file data syntax. Format for this file is txt, not tmy file.
I hope this helps.

Meteonorm can export data for use in TRNSYS TMY format. But you have to buy the software because the trial version doesn't allow you to export in TRNSYS and it has restricted places.

Anyone knows where I can find a tutorial hot to make a TMY file, if you have the data, or an alternative so you don't have to pay for it?

Thank you in advance,

Hi,

I need the weather file of Curacao. I saw that at Meteonorm I can order a tm2 file. Anyone any experience with this? I wonder if I order a data set (format tm2) I can directly use it in Trnsys?

Kind regards,

Mariëlle
