Re: [TRNSYS-users] exporting trnsys types in Matlab/Simulink

Dear Muhammad Waseem Ahmad,

I am not familiar with the exporting to Simulink, and the TRNSYS expert who may have some experience with this is on vacation for the month unfortunately. The best advice that I can give is that you follow the instructions carefully on the pop-up window in the Simulation Studio. Also, make sure that the TRNDLL.dll is “…in MATLAB’s path” as indicated in the window.

Best regards,

Matt Duffy

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] exporting trnsys types in Matlab/Simulink

Dear Trnsys users,
I have a query regarding exporting trnsys types in simulink. I export types directly by right clicking on type and clicking on export to simulink. After exporting all the types and connecting them I ran simulation in simulink. I got different error messages; such as
1) Unexpected MATLAB _expression_.
2) Error in 'COUPLING/FORCING FUNCTION FOR DIVERTOR': Initialization commands cannot be evaluated.

I hope some one will help me out.
Thanks

Looking forward to hear from you.

Kindest Regards
