Dear TESS Libs User,

Please try unistalling and reinstalling. Or, perhaps it is a Windows 7 issue with the *.exe. If this is the case, you may have to find the appropriate *.exe (.\Tess Models\Plugins) and right click on it, Properties, Compatability, ‘Run in compatability with Windows XP”. Please feel free to contact me with any other issues.

When  I  used  the  APPLICATIONS COMPONENT LIBRARY in  TESS Librariesdis,  I  can not  open plugins in Microsoft windows7.  The  error is Parts "COMDLG32.OCX"  can not properly registered or one of its annexes: a file is missing or invalid.
 
 How to make it?
