Re: [TRNSYS-users] Debuging visual fortran

So far as I know in C++ programming, you have to recompile the calling program and called dll library as same time. Then you can debug into dll after entering calling program. In your case, I think you may need to recompile the TRNSYS kernel and your proposed dll to break into your library code. Please correct me if anything wrong.

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] Debuging visual fortran

Hi,

I created a dll in Compaq visual fortran 6.6C but it doesnt work as
intended. I would like to see the values of the variables while the
 dll is running.
I found that this can be done in the debug modus, but I either can
make the program stop at breakpoints nor watch the values.
Does anybody know how to debug a dll?

Many Thanks,

Stefan
